As vegetarians and vegans, we were pleased to find that there were plenty of options for us nearby, including a short distance to a supermarket where we could easily find plant-based meal options. the host was excellent in communicating with us and made us feel welcome. the location was also convenient, being close to the town and the Trans Pennine Way, as well as being near some beautiful national trust properties and the peak district. it was a warm and comfortable stay, providing good value for money.
